All the carriages are located at the Worth Valley, the numbers given are those from the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway using identification marks from the bodies.
   

No.1474
LYR 1474 Hughes taper-end Brake Third (L&YR) built 1910 (Newton Heath) bogie brake third with 5 passenger compartments and one Guard compartment.  Used initially on Leeds, Bradford, Liverpool express trains.  Several lasted into British Railways days in passenger service but this, the last one, had been downgraded to a Mess Van.  Acquired from British Railways Departmental Service in 1965, restoration completed in 1993. Normally on public display at the Oxenhope Exhibition Shed of the Worth Valley Railway, was used on three Worth Valley Vintage Trains in 2006, each time pulled by 957.

No.1507
LYR 1507 6 wheel 5 compartment Third built 1882 (Newton Heath) with 5 compartments, painstakingly restored over a period of 15 years, at a cost of £17,000.   Underframe removed and relocated to Valley Gardens, Hapton near Burnley around 1910.  Donated by the late Tom Bell in 1991 and restoration to working order has been completed (2005) using underframe from an ex-LMS BGZ carriage. Approval has now been received for the occasional carriage of fare-paying passengers in 1507 and was used on two Worth Valley Vintage Trains in 2006, each time pulled by 957.

No.47
LYR 47 Blackpool Club Car built  1912 (Newton Heath) for exclusive use of businessmen commuting between Blackpool and Manchester. Underframe removed when withdrawn by British Railways in 1951, reputedly for use of LMS Cricket Club as Pavilion at Borrowash.  Purchased from Redrow Homes for £1 in 1993 prior to site redevelopment. Restoration in progress using underframe from a BR standard suburban carriage.

No.279
LYR 279 4 compartment First (body only) built 1894. Underframe removed and relocated to Valley Gardens, Hapton near Burnley around 1910.  Donated by the family of the late Bob Christie in 1996. Preliminary restoration work carried out, this is a long-term restoration project using the underframe from an ex-LMS BGZ carriage.

Saloon No. 1 (Directors Saloon)
Owned by Tony Cox (founder member of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Preservation Society) and currently on public display at the Oxenhope Exhibition Shed of the Worth Valley Railway.  6-wheel Clerestory Director's Saloon No 1, Newton Heath 1878. Later No. 2, as an Engineer's Saloon, converted to bogies and being restored in this condition.
